The point of pre-construction planning is to think of everything, including the costs, timelines, quality opted according to the budget and all that goes into the construction of the project to ensure everything ensues smoothly.

    The commencement of work at the site. We start laying the foundation, strictly adhering to the schedule and planning that was done pre-construction. Organisation and communication are vital here.

    This phase is where our dynamic project management team oversees the whole procedure. Everything from material handling, procurement of resources and major cost reduction decisions are made by them in this phase. Any unnecessary factors causing inefficiency can be eradicated and every process can be optimised to achieve the highest value for money.

  • Project Closeout

    This is the beginning of the end, all assignments are at their climax or on the verge of it. The handing over and final payment is done here. This is a project closeout.
