Architectural Design

  • Programming (pre-design phase)

The pre-design phase also known as the programming phase kicks off the architectural process. In this phase, the architect interacts with the customer regarding the plot of land, any existing structures, and the client's wishes for the future building. They would also indulge in an in-person field inspection trip to get to know what they’re working with. If both parties agree on what is to be done, the architect draws up a contract.

    Step 1

  • Schematic Design

In this next phase, the architectural design team begins to translate the client's wishes into a building design concept. This phase includes primitive drawings, site plans, 3D rendered models and occasionally plumbing, electrical and HVAC plans as well.

    Step 2

  • Design Development

This is the phase where the architect's design intent manifests as a detailed plan. Our dependable structural engineers pitch in as well. Providing specifications and developments for the project based upon the base design. This phase is very crucial to get a more accurate idea of the task at hand.

    Step 3

  • Construction Documents

In this next phase of the architectural design process, we present the final sketches and plans. The architect produces two sets of detailed drawings that specify every detail of their final design. The architect also sends out a permit set of the document to get approval from the local construction authority.
